They’re looking for a Head of Sales who can combine strategic direction with hands‑on leadership — someone who can inspire, coach, and elevate a team while still staying close to customers and the market.

Leading the sales team — setting the tone, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability and support Developing and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth across key service lines Forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure clarity, consistency, and commercial rigour Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and strong market positioning Proven experience leading successful sales teams — you’ve built, coached, and developed people, not just managed them A strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and shape propositions Experience in the services sector (any service‑led environment considered) Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills A track record of delivering growth through people, process, and performance You’ll have the autonomy to shape the sales function and define what “great” looks like You’ll join a business that values people, culture, and long‑term partnerships
