Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Maxwell Bond We're hiring for a New Business Manager / Head of Sales to lead commercial growth for a high-impact ticketing platform—working with some of the biggest names in sport, live events, and entertainment.

This isn’t about selling software. It’s about selling a service through tech —partnering with sports clubs, venues, and promoters to help them sell more tickets through a seamless digital platform. What’s in it for you: £70K base salary + Big bonus structure Hybrid working – 3–4 days in Manchester office or out with clients Autonomy to own your patch and influence sales strategy A fast-paced, social, high-performing team environment Huge opportunity for progression as the business scales What you'll be doing: Winning new business across sports, hospitality, travel-linked events, venues, and promoters Converting warm leads and working with pipeline data to grow long-term clients Working closely with Account Managers to maximise revenue from existing accounts Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to pitch to close Advising clients on how to optimise ticket sales through the platform Owning commercial growth strategy and transaction-based revenue We’re looking for someone with: B2B sales experience in ticketing, venues, live events, or hospitality Strong record of building and closing high-value, consultative deals A confident, driven approach and a passion for events or sport If you're ready to step into a sales leadership role with serious growth potential—and you love the buzz of live events—this could be for you.
