Role Description The Head of Sales & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading the end-to-end sales and marketing function for Kothari Infra. This role includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, setting targets, and designing campaigns to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
The individual will lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, oversee key client relationships, manage pipelines, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with project and finance teams, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations. The role requires close collaboration with channel partners brokers to align commercial plans with overall business objectives.
Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Proficiency in Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and managing key accounts. Demonstrated Team Management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market data, forecast demand, and make data-informed decisions. Proven experience in sales and marketing within infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related industries is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage. Should have experience in real estate sales and marketing
