Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales & Marketing role based in Ahmedabad. The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the sales and marketing function, define go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across existing and new projects.

Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, managing key client accounts, and guiding the sales team through the entire sales cycle. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, overseeing branding and promotional activities, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The Head of Sales & Marketing will collaborate closely with senior leadership, project, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in Account Management, including managing key clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring repeat business. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.

Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams. Experience in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies within infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
