Reports To: COO Employment Type: Full-Time SDBotox is a fast-growing, multi-location medical aesthetics company known for delivering exceptional patient experiences, clinical excellence, and a strong, values-driven culture. As we continue to scale, we are building a best-in-class commercial engine across marketing, sales, and operations to support sustained same-store growth and expansion. Position Overview: The Head of Sales is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling SDBotox's sales function across all locations.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and patient experience—owning lead management, conversion strategy, and revenue-driving systems. This is a highly operational, systems-driven leadership role focused on developing SOPs, defining KPIs, and driving accountability across the call center, aesthetic consultants, and front desk teams. Success in this role is measured primarily by same-store growth, lead conversion, and overall funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth : Own same-store growth performance across all locations. Translate marketing demand into booked appointments and revenue. Identify conversion gaps and revenue leakage across the funnel and implement solutions Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with conversion strategy.

Partner with Operations to ensure seamless in-office patient experience. Lead Management & CRM Ownership : Own end-to-end lead flow within ACRM (inbox, follow-up, nurturing). Ensure timely response rates, follow-up cadence, and lead quality standards.

Build and optimize lead routing, tagging, and tracking systems. Create visibility into funnel performance from lead consult treatment. SOP Development & Process Optimization : Build and implement SOPs across Call center workflows, Aesthetic consultant sales process, Front desk (PCC) conversion touch-points.

Standardize best practices across all locations. Continuously refine scripts, objection handling, and booking strategies. KPI Development & Performance Management Define, track, and report on key sales metrics, includingLead response time,Contact rate,Booking rate,Show rate,Conversion rate,Revenue per lead.Build dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership visibility.Hold teams accountable through structured performance management.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales organization as needed. Lead expansion of the sales function as the company grows. Implement ongoing training, scripting, and quality assurance programs to continuously improve conversion.

Create scalable systems and processes that can support multi-location expansion. Evolve the sales organization over time in alignment with company growth, new service lines, and market opportunities. Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in multi-location or service-based businesses (aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or similar).

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through systems and process—not just individual selling. Deep experience with CRM/lead management platforms (ACRM or similar). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.

Experience building SOPs, KPIs, and scalable sales infrastructure. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs. Responsibilities Hire new sales officers for the sales team and train all sales team members.

Create KPIs for monitoring the performance of sales team members. Collaborate with the marketing department and upper management to ensure consistency in the delivery of sales pitches to clients. Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.

Develop and promote powerful and seminal relations with customers by partnering with them by understanding their wants and needs. Produce and execute strategic business plans that imbue the company's client base and ascertain its strong presence. Identify emerging markets as well as shifts in the market while being fully up to date on emerging products and the status of competitors.

Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts to management. Accept feedback from clients and attempt to improve sales performance and procedures from that. Compose and manage budgets for sales officers in regards to travel and other presentation-related costs to clients.

Assist sales employees in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground. Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue.
