This is your chance to join a high-velocity growth-stage semiconductor startup and lead Americas sales from single-digit millions to triple-digit millions in revenue — building the team, strategy, and customer relationships that get us there. RESPONSIBILITIES Expand and manage a high-value customer pipeline Develop and execute growth strategies, including reference design partners and channel partners Build and deepen strategic relationships with major accounts and key prospects Own sales planning and forecasting; deliver against revenue targets Clearly communicate product positioning, differentiation, and roadmap to customers and partners Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights on current and future needs Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product to align on market opportunities QUALIFICATIONS Entrepreneurial mindset — energized by ambiguity, fast pace, and the challenge of building something from the ground up 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth Familiarity with networking, timing, or connectivity markets; experience selling into OEMs, or AI/data center accounts is a strong plus Proven ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships Experience developing and executing sales strategies, including channel and distribution partnerships Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence and presentation ability Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field NICE TO HAVE Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to travel domestically and internationally Existing relationships with data center, networking, or AI infrastructure buyers Experience scaling a sales function at a startup from early revenue to $100M+ Technical background in semiconductor or communications systems WHAT WE OFFER Meaningful equity / stock options 401(k) High-growth pre-IPO opportunity Ready to Build Something Big?
