Head of Risk & Compliance

We're partnering with an ambitious international business looking to appoint a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead the development of its enterprise risk and governance framework during an exciting period of growth.

This is a genuine build opportunity. You'll establish and embed enterprise risk management, lead compliance initiatives, oversee global insurance programmes and work closely with senior leadership to create practical governance that enables commercial success.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating functions rather than simply maintaining them. You'll be credible with executives and Boards, commercially minded, emotionally intelligent and capable of influencing across a diverse international business.

Experience within a fast-paced, acquisitive or private equity-backed environment would be highly valued, together with a track record of embedding frameworks, driving change and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Hybrid working in London.
