Head of R&D Sinks

Job responsabilities:

• Product Planning leader for Sinks category, as well as related satellite products
• New product development project management
• Product portfolio rationalization and optimization. Ensuring that sales branches have products and ranges suitable for the market
• Definition of ranges and models to be included into technology and product roadmap
• Proposing and developing new ideas for new products, features, and solutions for the category
• Preparation of specifications and documentation for new products and product changes
• Ensuring the corporate design of the product aligned with Design department
• Trends follow up, as well as benchmarking competitors' products and ranges
• Driving make or buy process
• Technical product training to sales force

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable engineering background
• Knowledge of European market demands, product standards, or compliance requirements, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
• Proved more than 10 years’ experience in the industry
• Fluent English business
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, project promotion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
