Head of Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a leading construction and engineering organisation delivering major projects across Ireland and the UK.

This is a broad Head of Marketing leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape brand strategy, drive commercial growth, and lead a high-performing marketing team across a complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plan, budget, and performance reporting aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand development, corporate communications, employer branding, digital marketing, PR, content, events, and industry engagement.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Partner with senior leadership and business functions to deliver marketing initiatives that support growth and business development.
• Oversee marketing assets, campaigns, agencies, and tender/business development materials to strengthen market positioning.

About You

• Experienced Head of Marketing or senior marketing leader with a proven track record of leading a marketing function within a complex organisation.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
• Broad experience across brand management, digital marketing, communications, PR, content, and events.
• Experience in construction, engineering, property, or another B2B environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
