In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our artists show up in the world. You’ll oversee everything from album release rollouts and global tour announcements to brand identity, short-form content strategy, and direct-to-fan monetization.

You will act as the key strategic liaison between our artists, internal management teams, record labels, distributors, DSPs, and external agency partners.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive marketing timelines, budget allocations, and key performance metrics (KPIs) for every project.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with label marketing teams, independent distributors, third-party publicists, and radio teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Drive digital strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, etc.), identifying platform trends and translating them into authentic content strategies for each artist.
  • Work directly with artists and managers to develop creative content concepts that build fan engagement without compromising artist authenticity.
  • Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, programmatic) to drive streams, ticket sales, and merchandise conversions efficiently.
  • Build and manage long-term audience retention strategies, including email newsletters, SMS marketing and fan clubs.
  • Analyze listener/fan data (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, social analytics, web traffic) to identify high-growth markets and audience segments.
  • Pitch and secure key placement opportunities with DSP editorial teams, social platform music teams, and emerging digital music tech partners.
  • Collaborate with merchandise and brand partnership teams to integrate marketing touchpoints into commerce and sponsorship initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of music marketing experience at an artist management company, record label, distributor, or agency
  • Proven success managing full-scale marketing campaigns for mid-level to major artists across multiple genres.
  • Deep, fluent understanding of social media algorithms, short-form content culture, fan communities, and music distribution ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate streaming, social, and web analytics into actionable marketing decisions and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting strategies to high-profile artists, executives, and label partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple artist rollouts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

  • Passion for electronic music and the culture around it
  • Positive, collaborative, team-first mindset

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Medical and healthcare benefits
  • A collaborative, creative work environment
  • Opportunities to work closely with rising and established artists
  • Flexibility in work setup (remote/hybrid)
  • Room for professional growth within our team
