Head of Market Access & Pricing – UK & Ireland

Overview

In this role you shape access and pricing strategy for Galderma’s Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio in the UK & Ireland. You’ll lead regional access managers, align clinical evidence with payer requirements, and drive formulary uptake to maximize patient access. You will navigate NICE, NHS commissioning, and HTA environments to translate reimbursement into commercial success.

You collaborate across functions to build enduring access foundations and lifecycle plans in a fast-evolving dermatology space. This is a strategic, impact-driven leadership role at a market-access frontier with Nemolizumab as a flagship patient-focused program.

• Lead a team of Regional Access Managers and own access, pricing and reimbursement strategy for UK & Ireland
• Prioritize Nemolizumab access, strengthen NHS England, ICBs, and hospital stakeholder relationships, and ensure reimbursement translates into commercial performance
• Build access foundations: stakeholder networks, commercial frameworks, and evidence programs for future success
• Plan lifecycle strategy, evidence generation, indication expansion, and early access programs within remit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally and navigate complex, ambiguous challenges to shape outcomes

• Substantial UK market access experience with track record in biologic or specialty medicine reimbursement
• Leadership experience managing market access teams in the UK pharmaceutical or biotech sector
• Deep knowledge of NICE processes, NHS commissioning, and Scottish and Irish HTA and reimbursement environment
• Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field
