As Head of Legal & Regulatory, you will own the entire legal and compliance function for a high-growth payments infrastructure company. You will lead global licensing strategy, design scalable compliance programs, and manage critical relationships with regulators and banking partners. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic and commercial mindset to enable rapid global expansion.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a global licensing roadmap across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.
• Design and oversee a robust compliance program including KYB, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements with global infrastructure partners and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate

• 6+ years PQE in financial regulation, payments, or digital assets with in-house experience.
• Deep familiarity with the evolving stablecoin and payments regulatory landscape globally.
• Eligible for MLRO appointment with a proven track record of directly managing regulator relationships.
