We’re Hiring || Head L&D (Hotels & Restaurants) Location: Mumbai Budget-40 LPA We are looking for a dynamic Head of Learning & Development with a strong background in the hospitality industry (hotels/restaurants). The role involves designing and driving training strategies, enhancing service excellence, and building leadership pipelines across operations. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in L&D, with expertise in onboarding, behavioral training, and performance development in fast-paced hospitality setups.
Strong stakeholder management and hands-on execution are key. Location: Delhi NCR. Immediate joiners preferred.
