Head of Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Hospitality to lead multi-outlet restaurant, banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, MIS, budgeting, food costing, business development and operational excellence, with a proven ability to create seamless and consistent operations across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations across multiple restaurants, banquets and event venues.
• Drive revenue, profitability and overall business performance across all outlets.
• Manage and review P&L, MIS, budgets, forecasts and operational KPIs.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory, wastage and manpower costs.
• Plan and execute banquets, events, corporate functions and special occasions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and additional revenue streams.
• Develop, implement and monitor SOPs across all outlets to ensure consistency and seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and guest experience.
• Lead, mentor and develop restaurant, banquet, kitchen and operational teams.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective and process-improvement measures.

Candidate Profile

• 12–18+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, banquets or events.
• Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant/hospitality outlets.
• Strong understanding of P&L, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory and cost optimization.
• Experience in banquet and event planning, execution and commercial management.
• Proven ability to create and implement SOPs across multiple outlets.
• Strong business development and revenue-generation capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially focused with a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
