Manage the acquisition pipeline by screening and evaluating potential investment opportunities. Execute M&A transactions end-to‑end with a strong emphasis on due diligence, integration, post acquisition reviews, and transaction documentation. Requirements: Strong PQE in deals, M&A, corporate finance or TS. Strong understanding of due diligence in an M&A environment.

First or second time mover from a top 10 practice is strongly preferred. Experience of corporate development in a PE environment would be an advantage An understanding of legal documentation or some legal experience would be an advantage, but not necessary.
