Head of Business Development & Marketing (Real Estate)

A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development & Marketing to lead growth initiatives for its Real Estate practice.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive business development strategy, identify new market opportunities, enhance client relationships, and raise the profile of the practice through targeted marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the BD & marketing strategy for the Real Estate practice.
- Drive revenue growth through client development and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead major pitches, proposals and business development campaigns.
- Oversee events, thought leadership, awards submissions and profile-raising activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior partners and business leaders.
About You
- Extensive business development and marketing experience within professional services.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent project management, communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Real Estate sector experience is advantageous.
