Head of Business Development

About Cashera Cashera Private Credit provides collateralized loans of $750K+ to growing companies. We are expanding our private credit platform and seeking a proven business development leader to drive new deal flow and build our BD function. Role Overview We’re hiring a Business Development Executive with a deep rolodex and active pipeline of borrowers seeking collateralized loans.

This person will immediately originate new deals, build a BD team, and implement the processes needed to scale our lending operations. What You’ll Do Source and originate high-value collateralized loan opportunities (750K+) . Leverage an existing network of borrowers, brokers, and finance partners to build and lead a business development team.

Create and implement BD policies, procedures, and performance metrics. Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and executive-level prospects. Work cross-functionally with underwriting and leadership to close deals efficiently.

What We’re Looking For Required: Established network + active pipeline of companies seeking collateralized loans. 5+ years in private credit, commercial lending, or asset-based lending. Track record of originating and closing large transactions. Team-building and leadership experience.
