Role Description

\n

The Head of Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhenkanal, responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves managing and reviewing daily bookkeeping, monitoring receivables and payables, and preparing periodic financial statements and management reports. The Head of Accounts will handle budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

This position also includes leading and mentoring the accounts team, implementing efficient processes and internal controls, and coordinating with auditors, banks, and senior management on financial matters. The role requires a proactive approach to analyzing financial data and supporting business decisions with clear, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Accounts & Finance function.

• Manage accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
\n
• Prepare MIS, financial, and management reports.
\n
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
\n
• Ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Lead and mentor the accounts team.

Requirement :

\n

\n
• Qualified CA & CS with 10+ years of experience.
\n
• Proven experience as Head of Accounts/Finance.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Tally/SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
\n
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
\n
• Experience in a reputed organization is preferred.
