Head – Corporate Growth & Client Partnerships - Chennai

We are looking for a senior professional to lead Corporate Growth & Client Partnerships.

Chennai experience and an established corporate network are important.

The opportunity:

We are looking for someone with an established network across particularly within:

HR | Employee Experience | Internal Communications | Corporate Communications | Administration | Marketing

with strong exposure to IT, ITES, GCC and large corporate organisations.

Your role will be to:

• Develop senior-level relationships across key corporate accounts.
• Identify opportunities where Aura's creative and experiential capabilities can add value.
• Build conversations with decision-makers well before a formal brief or RFP.
• Understand the client's business and communication objectives.
• Work closely with Aura's creative and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions.
• Develop strategic accounts and create long-term client partnerships.
• Represent Aura within the corporate and business community.

We would particularly value:

• 12–18 years of relevant experience
• Strong relationships with senior corporate decision-makers in Chennai
• Excellent understanding of corporate marketing, employee engagement or brand communication
• Strong consultative and presentation skills
• Commercial maturity and an instinct for identifying opportunities
• The credibility to engage comfortably with CXOs and functional heads
• A genuine interest in building relationships over the long term
