Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Guest Experience & Community Manager. The role involves overseeing the daily guest experience, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing communications.

You will act as a liaison between guests and the operations team, handle guest relations, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless stay experience. The role also includes planning and managing community engagement initiatives, events, and fostering strong relationships with guests and local partners to create a vibrant community around Buteak Suites. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest relations and community interaction.

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on luxury or boutique accommodations. Event planning, community engagement, and relationship-building skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle daily operations efficiently.

Knowledge of hospitality software and systems is a plus. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a sense of community. Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns quickly and effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field (preferred).
