Job Description Growth Marketing Manager Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote) Company: Great Gray Job Description: Great Gray is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead top-of-funnel pipeline generation and marketing performance. This role requires a blend of strategy and execution, with responsibilities including building and optimizing demand generation campaigns across various channels, managing data-driven outbound sequences, and analyzing marketing performance to drive qualified pipeline at scale. The ideal candidate will be proficient with modern marketing tools, including AI-assisted workflows, and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities Own top-of-funnel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, digital). Build and manage data-driven outbound sequences using tools like Clay. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

Track, report, and optimize pipeline metrics, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign ROI. Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs. Partner closely with sales and revenue operations.

Manage and grow the marketing database. Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy. Stay current on growth marketing tools, tactics, and trends.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment. Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/outbound automation platforms. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).

Strong command of marketing analytics. Experience running email automation programs. Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display).

Comfort working with AI-assisted marketing tools. Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus. Highly organized and self-directed.
