Growth Marketing Intern: Demand Gen & Content

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, content creation and commercial marketing and wants to build a career in demand generation, recruitment marketing or business development.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging LinkedIn and digital marketing content
• Support outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Build prospect lists and conduct market research
• Help generate new client and candidate conversations
• Create case studies, testimonials and marketing collateral
• Track campaign performance and report on results
• Maintain CRM and marketing data
• Assist with graphics, video and content creation

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Interest in digital marketing, sales and lead generation
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and marketing tools
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Exposure to HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM systems
• Experience creating graphics or short-form video content
