Growth Manager Location Delhi (On-Site) Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand expansion for XTREMEX. This is a highly ownership-driven role where you will work directly with the Founder to identify growth opportunities, improve marketing performance, optimize the customer journey, and scale the business across online channels. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong marketing execution and has experience growing D2C or e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth Drive overall revenue growth across all online channels Identify opportunities to increase sales, conversion rate, and profitability Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and promotions Marketing Management Manage and coordinate the marketing team Work closely with Graphic Designers, Performance Marketers, Content Creators, and Influencer Marketing Executives Ensure all marketing activities align with business goals Performance Marketing Monitor Meta Ads performance and key metrics Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and customer acquisition costs Collaborate with the performance marketing team to scale winning campaigns Website & Conversion Optimization Improve website conversion rates Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows Reduce cart abandonment and improve customer experience Retention & Customer Growth Increase repeat purchase rates Develop customer retention strategies Work on loyalty programs, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and customer engagement initiatives Data & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance Make data-driven recommendations to improve business performance Product & Offer Strategy Identify winning products and growth opportunities Plan bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and promotional campaigns Work with the Founder on launch strategies for new products Requirements 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, E-commerce, D2C, or Performance Marketing Strong understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing metrics Experience scaling D2C or e-commerce brands Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify Analytics, and marketing dashboards Strong communication and leadership skills Ownership mindset with a focus on results Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fashion, apparel, or D2C brands Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and retention marketing What We're Looking For βœ… Data-driven decision maker βœ… Strong leadership and team management skills βœ… Growth-focused mindset βœ… Excellent problem-solving ability βœ… High ownership and accountability βœ… Ability to execute fast in a startup environment Success Metrics Revenue Growth ROAS Improvement Conversion Rate Average Order Value (AOV) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Repeat Purchase Rate Overall Business Growth
