The Role We're looking for a Growth Generalist to join our Growth Team as an Executive Assistant and office operations lead. This is a hybrid EA role combining high-impact support for senior leadership with hands-on office management. What you'll do: Be the right hand to senior leaders diary management, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, travel, and strategic support Own day-to-day office management responsibilities as the team grows Act as a connective hub between teams, embodying the collaborative culture Support the Growth Team with administrative duties Bring operational excellence to a rapidly scaling organisation What we're looking for: 4โ7 years of experience combining EA work with office/reception or operations background Practical, down-to-earth approach, you're happy rolling up your sleeves on admin tasks Core EA skills: calendar management, travel coordination, diary organisation, stakeholder management Proactive & resourceful: you anticipate needs, jump on problems, and get things done without extensive oversight Great communicator: you handle multiple stakeholders with professionalism and work comfortably in a matrixed environment The Team: You'll work in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment where your organisational skills have real impact.
