Growth Engineer

Hybrid • Seattle + Meaningful equity in an early-stage startup About this role You'll join our engineering team as our first Growth Engineer. You will work closely with our founders to build experiences that provide our marketing, sales, and customer success team leverage. We’re looking for someone who loves to build, tinker, and experiment and has a passion for the intersection of engineering and non-technical domains.

Work extensively with our cofounders to scope, build, deploy, and optimize MarTech, RevTech, SalesOps, and generalized Ops experiences internally. Dive into projects across the company, understand how a process, workflow or activity is done today, and scale it with engineering. Establish standards and best practices for growth engineering.
