Values-driven organisation with real community purpose What You'll Be Doing Own and drive the company-wide Health & Safety strategy Ensure full compliance with Irish legislation and industry standards Act as the go-to expert for senior leadership and operational teams Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with clear outcomes Track performance metrics and continuously improve safety standards Champion a proactive, accountable safety culture across all levels Deliver engaging and impactful training programmes Manage relationships with regulators and external stakeholders Lead and develop the H&S function across a multi-site national operation What We're Looking For Degree or professional qualification in Health & Safety (or related) 5+ years' experience in a senior H&S leadership role Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation Proven ability to drive change and influence at all levels Experience across multi-site environments (Agri sector an advantage) Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full clean driving licence (national travel required) Desirable IOSH (or equivalent) membership Experience implementing ISO standards Ready to Lead?
