About you

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a financial or commercial setting
• Strong understanding of ledger systems and statutory accounting standards
• Experience in preparing management accounts and liaising with external auditors
• Meticulous organiser with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with multiple accounting software packages
• Experience working with different currency bases is advantageous

What you'll do

• Maintain, audit, and update financial records and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Provide financial forecasts and support strategic planning
• Prepare and present management accounts regularly
• Handle core finance activities including bank reconciliations, VAT returns, Bad Debt management, and statutory compliance
• Support company acquisitions and oversee property portfolios
• Supervise payroll functions
• Assist with additional financial duties as outlined in the full job description
