Lead grocery operations as a Grocery Manager, driving customer loyalty and team development. This full-time role focuses on management responsibilities, budget control, and fostering employee engagement. Key tasks include managing recruiting, training, and performance development. You will also be responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
