About the job You’ll design and produce custom vehicle wraps, signage, and graphics that turn ordinary vehicles into mobile branding. In this role, you’ll combine creative design with hands-on production. Working on projects from vehicle templates to business signage and decals. If you enjoy seeing your work come to life, this role puts you at the center of both design and execution. About the Company Modify Me is Winnipeg’s premium custom automotive shop located at the ROCKE Business Park. We specialize in high-end vehicle wraps, window tinting, and custom graphics, turning everyday vehicles into standout builds. Beyond the road, we also support businesses with custom projects like signage and branded materials. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of technical drafting and layout preparation for print production Experience working with printers and plotters (large-format printing preferred) Ability to maintain strong customer service with clients and transform their needs into visually effective designs Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-oriented environment Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics for vehicle customizations and other business materials (e.g., parking signs, decals, and signage) Create accurate technical drafts and templates for vehicle wraps and other custom applications Prepare production-ready files and ensure designs meet print and installation requirements Operate and maintain printers and plotters for large-format and specialty printing Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control Full-time, Monday–Friday on-site role Permanent position with long-term growth potential How to Apply If you’re a motivated designer with both creative and technical expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
