Role Description: This is a full-time Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for branding, marketing materials, AI marketing videos, project presentations, and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, brochures, signage, social media creatives, and layouts for internal and external communications.

The role involves collaborating with project managers, marketing teams, and leadership to understand design requirements, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready graphics. The Graphic Designer will also maintain design libraries, follow brand guidelines, and stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of Experience in Real Estate as a graphic designer.
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, professional communication materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Construction/ Real Estate experience is mandatory.
