Graphic Designer
Work Type: Full-time.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, US Business Hours (Central Time).
Location: 100% Remote.
Role Overview
We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to serve as a creative pillar for our marketing efforts. This role is focused on producing high-quality "top of funnel" resources and professional collateral for both digital and print distribution. The ideal candidate is a proficient designer capable of managing custom projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all visual assets are engaging, effective, and perfectly aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Design Production: Create and manage custom designs using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on Adobe Photoshop.
Marketing Collateral: Design professional flyers, brochures, and promotional materials tailored for both digital and print platforms.
Long-Form Content: Develop engaging, highly readable layouts for high-value resources, including e-books, white papers, and case studies.
Strategic Visuals: Produce specialized resources designed for the top of the sales funnel (e.g., educational guides for senior living facilities) to support lead generation and marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Strong, hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva is strictly essential.
Design Versatility: Proven ability to handle diverse design requests and seamlessly transition between creating digital assets and print-ready files.
Core Competencies: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure all custom designs meet professional standards and strict brand alignment. Highly deadline-driven, with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously to meet project timelines and immediate business needs.
Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.
