NeoDocs is a fast-growing health-tech company on a mission to make preventive diagnostics accessible across India. We're looking for a sharp, driven professional to anchor our government partnerships and distributor network at a national scale a senior field role that sits at the intersection of policy, public health, and commercial growth. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable in a ministry corridor and a district hospital someone who can negotiate with distributors in the morning and present to a foundation by afternoon.
Distributor Management β’ Identify, onboard, and vet new distributors across states β’ Support distributors with product demos and troubleshooting β’ Negotiate commercial terms and manage ongoing relationships β’ Monitor distributor performance and drive sell-through Government & Institutional Partnerships β’ Engage with foundations, ministries, and govt health bodies across India β’ Identify and apply for government grants, competitions, and innovation challenges β’ Attend government health events, tenders, and networking forums β’ Identify and pursue institutional procurement opportunities β’ Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in public health Field & Travel β’ Travel extensively to districts across multiple states for pitching and support β’ Coordinate with central team on pipeline, updates, and market feedback β’ Represent NeoDocs in field meetings, demos, and health camps β’ Build ground-level intelligence on public health procurement patterns Reporting & Analysis β’ Prepare pitch decks and business presentations independently β’ Report on targets, progress, and market insights regularly β’ Maintain pipeline trackers and distributor data in Excel/Sheets β’ Analyse distributor data to identify growth opportunities WHO YOU ARE β’ 3β6 years in government sales, public health, or institutional BD β’ Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel able to build decks and trackers independently β’ Proven track record of working with ministries, foundations, or NGOs β’ Highly mobile comfortable with frequent multi-state travel β’ Strong distributor management experience across geographies β’ Self-starter with strong follow-through and ownership mindset β’ Excellent communicator in Hindi and English both verbal and written β’ Existing relationships in India's public health and govt ecosystem is a strong plus
