Google Cloud Engineer III (Rockville)

We are hiring a Google Cloud Engineer to support our federal client's modernization efforts. US citizenship is required Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required Position is hybrid; should be local to Bethesda, Maryland, required to be onsite at the client site 2 days/week. Responsibilities : Deploy and administer Google cloud environments, applying systems administration experience on cloud web services platforms to include security, load balancing, provisioning, and metrics.

Leverage experience in applying AWS and other Google cloud deployments in order to enable transformation of SOA-based environments into cloud-enabled environments. Strong DevSecOps background to establish monitoring of GCP infrastructure, support deployment of GCP services across tiers Develop CI/CD pipelines Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Scientific Discipline Seven (7) years of technical experience, with at least two (2) years of in Google cloud-based environments.
