As the GNC Lead, you won’t inherit a legacy system. You’ll define one. You will shape the GNC architecture, design flight algorithms, manage subsystem requirements, and drive hardware/software integration from the earliest concepts through orbit. What You’ll Lead Architect the entire GNC subsystem for next-gen space platforms Own pointing budgets, alignments, and subsystem-level requirements Design and implement flight-ready algorithms for embedded software Build ground-based tools for constellation monitoring and operations Support hardware-in-the-loop testing in advanced system testbeds You’ll collaborate daily with exceptional engineers who care deeply about both mission success and technical excellence.
