🚀 We’re Hiring: Finance Manager – East-West Seed Brazil

Are you a finance professional who combines strong tax knowledge expertise with a strategic business mindset? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join East-West Seed Brazil and play a key role in supporting our business growth and financial performance.

As Finance Manager, you will lead the Finance function, ensuring sound financial management, high-quality reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function in Brazil.
• Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Oversee monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, lawyers, and other external partners.
• Act as a business partner, providing meaningful financial insights to support decision-making.
• Analyze business and financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Support both short-term tactical decisions and long-term strategic business planning.
• Establish and maintain robust financial planning and analytics processes.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering excellence and living our East-West Seed CORE values.
