Geotechnical Engineer Location: Leicester Reference: BY229270 Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 This Leicester based multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining an expanding team of specialists on a range of contaminated land and ground investigation projects across the East Midlands, developing skills, taking on more responsibility and contributing to your continued professional development. Key responsibilities Phase 2 assessments and supervision.

Factual and interpretive report writing. Slope stability, retaining walls and foundation design. Project management and team leading/organisation.

Continued Professional Development and career progression opportunities. Position involving responsibility and team leading. Requirements Have a degree in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, geoscience, civil engineering, environmental engineering (or a similar/relevant subject).

Have experience as a geotechnical engineer/consultant. Hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence. Be commutable around the Leicester area.
