What You’ll Do Execute geotechnical project assignments, including engineering analysis, report preparation, field exploration, and laboratory services Develop project-level reports and proposals Prepare field packets prior to project mobilization Perform field and laboratory sampling and testing Provide oversight and testing during design and construction phases Support Project Managers by responding to client inquiries regarding testing progress and reporting Track progress across project tasks and provide timely updates, including proposing corrective actions when needed Analyze and review field and lab data to maintain accuracy and company quality standards Conduct geotechnical evaluations in compliance with applicable codes and manuals Prepare GDOT and non-GDOT geotechnical reports Review your own work to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures Develop a broad understanding of project workflows to support long-term career growth What We’re Looking For B.S. in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) Successfully passed the E.I.T. exam (PE is a bonus) Ability to perform independent analysis and problem-solving Eagerness to learn quickly and grow professionally Why Join?
