Director of Recruiting @ Orion Talent | Leadership, Staffing, Search Services Background: Elevator Industry – team is implementing Salesforce as an ERP, so there is a lot of change in the office and throughout the company. Experience leading change management would be helpful; knowledge of the market would be helpful. Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + target incentive 35% based on team and company performance.
