About the Role

Babingtons Solicitors are looking for a motivated General Practice Solicitor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle private client matters such as wills, probate, and estate administration.
• Advise clients on family law, civil litigation.
• Conduct client interviews, draft legal documents, and manage files efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with the standards set by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or jurisdiction eligible for transfer/admission via the Law Society of Northern Ireland).
• 2+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse, fast-paced caseload.
• Proficiency in digital case management systems.
