About the Role As General Manager of one of our established restaurants, you’ll take full ownership of the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culture that delivers results. You’ll be accountable for everything that happens in your restaurant - from delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs and developing a high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing Full ownership of restaurant performance and KPIs Leading, developing, and inspiring your team Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence Building a strong culture aligned to Wingstop values Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention What We’re Looking For Strong General Manager or senior leadership experience Commercial mindset with proven results Excellent people leadership skills High ownership and accountability Our Values Authentic.
