We’re looking for a hands-on, sharp, and people-driven General Manager to lead our team and bring this vision to life. What You’ll Do Lead daily restaurant operations across FOH & BOH Build, train, and manage a high-performing team aligned with TTAN’s service philosophy Drive guest experience — ensuring every table leaves with a memorable experience Oversee scheduling, labor cost, and staff performance Maintain service standards, SOP execution, and operational consistency Collaborate with ownership on menu updates, promotions, and business strategy Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Handle guest feedback, reviews, and service recovery professionally Own the floor — lead service, solve problems, and set the tone “A plus” (bonus): Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin Opening a new restaurant before Beverage / sake knowledge Who You Are 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager Strong leadership presence — confident, decisive, and team-oriented Deep understanding of hospitality, not just operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong execution ability Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience Familiarity with systems like Toast, Resy, or similar platforms is a plus Interest or knowledge in Japanese food/culture is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) 6w--9w /yr with bonus Performance-based growth opportunities Creative input on menu, service, and concept development A strong, tight-knit team culture Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality group Staff dining and perks More detail about TTANLIC, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/1076531-TTANLIC
