Join a dynamic and customer-focused organization shaping the future of marina operations. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site General Manager role located in Nashville, TN. The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the marina, including daily operations, staff management, customer relations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality service standards, leading and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that the marina exceeds customer expectations. The General Manager will also work to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and mentorship.
Customer Service and Relations: Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders while maintaining high service standards. Operational and Financial Management: Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, profit optimization, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. Strategic Planning and Decision‑Making: Ability to assess operational needs, analyze key performance metrics, and implement effective strategies for growth and efficiency.
Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities combined with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Additional Qualifications: Relevant experience in marina operations or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with property maintenance, aquatic environments, and marina industry best practices is an advantage.
