Compensation Breakdown Schedule: Full-Time; 8-hour shift; Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Growth Plan Company Merchandise Company Events & Outings Requirements Leadership or management experience in home services, construction, trades, or operations-heavy industries Proven success overseeing teams, KPIs, budgeting, and process execution Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, hold people accountable, and develop future leaders Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and managing cross-functional teams Financial literacy: P&L management, forecasting, and budget alignment High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and workflow systems Culture-first mindset — prioritizes values, alignment, morale, and long-term team development Experience in landscaping is not required; passion for leadership and operations is more important than domain expertise Responsibilities Visionary Integrator: Convert owner’s ideas into strategic plans Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leadership team to execute goals Strategic Advisor: Serve as right-hand support for owner in decisions Oversight of Sales & Operations: Guide training, production, performance Training & Development: Build skill, quality, and efficiency across teams Operational Strategy: Implement systems that boost productivity Marketing Support: Work with sales/marketing to drive opportunity and upsells Budget Oversight: Align resources with financial targets Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with owner and sales teams System Enhancement: Improve workflows and office processes Performance Evaluation: Review KPIs and drive continuous improvement Process Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks Customer Experience: Strengthen customer journey and service quality Supply Chain Optimization: Manage cost, quality, sourcing, and inventory People Leadership: Hiring, onboarding, culture, morale, compliance Policy & Procedure Implementation: for consistency and quality Legal Governance: Ensure regulatory, legal, and environmental compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
