General Manager – Design/Build Landscape Sequence has been exclusively retained and is currently seeking a capable General Manager to lead one of the Nation’s most respected and high-performing residential landscape service organizations. This is currently the most high-profile leadership roles of its kind in the region β€” a unique opportunity to step into full operational and financial oversight for a well-established brand that is poised for continued growth and excellence. Based in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and reporting directly to senior leadership, the General Manager will be responsible for the complete performance of the business, including team leadership, P&L management, business development, and project execution.

Our client serves a discerning, luxury residential client base and operates within a sophisticated design-build model, delivering high-touch service and exceptional project outcomes. The ideal individual will understand the nuance and discipline required to serve high-end clientele and lead with a sense of quality, responsiveness, and creative collaboration. The company operates in a growth-focused and quality-driven environment, with current efforts ranging across design/build, maintenance, and estate services.

The General Manager will lead day-to-day operations while also shaping the long-term vision for the business. This includes oversight of field execution, estimating, safety initiatives, recruiting, retention, and development of future leadership talent. The ideal candidate would ideally have ten years of leadership experience in landscape services or a related field, ideally including full P&L ownership at or above the $10M to $20M range.

A demonstrated history of success in design-build operations, particularly in the luxury residential space, is a strong plus to consideration. Compensation for this role is expected to range from $150,000 to $200,000 base, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to business growth and operational results. Relocation support is available for the right individual, and compensation structures can be tailored as needed β€” with priority to secure the most capable and talented leader for the opportunity. Essentially, anything of reason can be structured for the right person.
