General Manager | Branch Operations Leader - Greater Atlanta Area A growing, customer focused organization in the residential and commercial construction services space is seeking a General Manager to lead a regional branch location. This role will own both sales and operations performance while building the processes and team needed to support continued growth. What You’ll Own: Lead day to day branch operations across sales, project execution, and customer experience Drive revenue growth while improving margins and operational efficiency Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance Hire, develop, and retain a high performing leadership team Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and at a high level of quality Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners What We’re Looking For: Leadership experience in construction, fencing, or home services environments Strong business and financial acumen Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a positive culture Customer first mindset with strong problem solving skills Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands on level Competitive base salary plus performance based bonus Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays 401(k) with company match If you have experience leading branch level operations in a fast paced construction environment and enjoy building scalable teams and processes, this could be a strong fit.
