Lead residential operations in Ottawa with a growing property management firm as General Manager. Drive exceptional resident experiences while overseeing a portfolio of 1,000 units in a hybrid work environment. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll manage the residential operations team, ensuring operational excellence across various properties.
Your experience will support leasing strategies, strengthen client relations, and contribute to portfolio growth initiatives. Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Property Managers and Leasing Agents for operational success • Drive leasing strategies, pricing, and tenant retention initiatives • Provide operational updates to property owners and stakeholders • Review budgets, financial statements, and approvals with accounting • Support onboarding new residential properties and growth initiatives Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in residential property management leadership • Proven experience managing multi-residential portfolios • Strong financial skills in budgeting and operational reporting • Expertise in leasing strategy and tenant relations • Knowledge of Ontario rental legislation and best practices This role calls for a dynamic leader skilled in property management and relationship building. #J-18808-Ljbffr
