Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL, responsible for leading day-to-day operations of a Burger King restaurant location. This role oversees staff scheduling, coaching, and performance management to ensure excellent guest service and consistent brand standards. The General Manager manages inventory, ordering, cash handling, and financial reporting to meet sales, cost, and profitability targets.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with company and franchise policies, and addressing guest feedback promptly. The role also collaborates with district and corporate leadership on local marketing initiatives, staffing plans, and continuous operational improvement. Qualifications Proven leadership and people-management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance feedback in a restaurant or retail environment.

Strong operations and financial management capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and cash handling. Customer service and guest-relations skills, with the ability to resolve issues, build guest loyalty, and uphold brand standards. Knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and facility cleanliness best practices.

Effective organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
