  • Have full P&L accountability, with a strong focus on budgeting, financial performance, resource allocation and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Provide leadership across the business, taking responsibility for day-to-day performance, business planning and organisational development.
  • Strengthen systems, processes and governance to support the company's growth, whilst retaining the agility and pace of a lean organisation.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee supply chain and operational challenges, ensuring continuity of supply whilst balancing customer requirements, operational capacity and profitability.
  • Lead the response to production and supply issues, contributing to troubleshooting, root cause analysis and the resolution of operational challenges.
  • Support the successful integration of new production facilities and the continued development of the wider operating model.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Significant commercial leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong business development and customer acquisition credentials
  • Experience managing senior relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
