Job Title: General Manager Location: Tempe, AZ Company: North Star Pipelines The Role We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead the day‑day operations of a specialty wet utilities subcontractor.

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent performance across estimating, project management, and field operations. The GM works directly with crews, project manager, operations, and ownership to keep jobs on track and solve problems quickly. What You'll Do Keep jobs on schedule and running smoothly Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines Communicate with foremen, project managers, and vendors Step in and solve problems before they slow jobs down Help keep projects on budget and avoid overruns Make sure everyone knows what they're doing and when Manage the entire operation What We're Looking For 10+ years in construction operations or subcontracting (required) Experience in underground wet utilities (desired) Strong organization and communication skills Someone who takes ownership and gets things done Able to manage multiple jobs at once without getting overwhelmed Not afraid to be direct and hold people accountable Strong leadership skills (required) Pay Above average industry wages Bonus potential based on performance Why This Role No corporate structure or red tape Direct impact on the business Opportunity to grow with the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
