We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager who can lead from the front in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The role involves driving both food and sport operations, building a brilliant guest experience across both sides of the business, and creating an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Responsibilities Lead front‑end operations and oversee both food and sports sides. Drive a clear plan and inspire the team to maximize the pub’s momentum and growth potential. Partner with the area manager and support team leaders to deliver excellent service. Compensation and Benefits Salary up to £X plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
